Outstanding onboarding process, easy to use tool - great for spenders and finance teams
What do you like best? Spendesk fully covers the need for an easy to use spending tool that still enables control and supervision of spendings and credit cards (physical & virtual). The onboarding process is simply outstanding from training sessions for the online platform to the setup of accounting and reporting features. Good value but basic
What do you like best? I like the easy to use interface and the fact that you can transition between currencies easily What do you dislike? I dislike that it’s very buggy and the AI feature to read your receipt is quite bad What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good interface, overall pretty limited
What do you like best? I like that there is a very clean interface. It's very intuitive and easy to use. It's also great for an international team, as changing between currencies is very simple. Workflows are good and well organized. Use spendesk if you have a small team, but if you need more sophisticated features I would go elsewhere. What do you dislike? Simple to use and so handy!
What do you like best? The ease of use. It was so quick to learn how to use Spendesk. I found it very intuitive. Super convenient whenever you're on the road
What do you like best? In just a couple of seconds, I can take a picture and I can very easily upload my receipts directly to the app whenever I am on a business trip without having to think about saving the receipt. What do you like best? Ce que j'aime c'est la disposition des factures et connaitre le collaborateur qui a fait la dépense. Nous avons un bon suivi des paiements. What do you dislike? L'inconvénient et que la carte virtuelle n'est pas accepté avec tout les commerçants. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Le problème et le paiement avec les commerçants. L'avantage et le suivi des paiements avec les factures.
