A very versatile solution to manage payments
What do you like best? I like Spendesk because it allows our company to give employees access to payment methods without giving up control. Every employee can receive one or more one-time-use or recurring-use virtual credit cards with individually set limits. On top, there's a straightforward solution to manage expenses and the customer service team is super helpful. Almost perfect
What do you like best? Payments I make appear in the app instantly. Easy to upload receipts. Auto-calculation of VAT. What do you dislike? The new auto-scan feature for photographing receipts is a little hit and miss. On a separate note, the ability to take photos of receipts in the app when disconnected from the internet, to be automatically uploaded as soon as you are connected, would be a nice touch. Spendesk is of great use to handle your company's payments and subscriptions
What do you like best? Spendesk offers a great experience for any users, from the manager setting up the account to the user requesting a virtual card for an expense. It is also great to enable single payments as much as subscriptions. What do you dislike? There's nothing I dislike in Spendesk. What do you like best? Spendesk makes your life easier. It makes you gain time thanks to their app, which is easy to use. It also prevents you from forgetting providing receipts, which makes your company’s accountancy reliable. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Il est très facile d'effectuer une demande de paiement, et d'uplader les factures. Il y a peu d'étapes, ce qui rend l'utilisation très facile. What do you dislike? A robust digital service, resolving all the pain-points with traditional corporate cards
What do you like best? Virtual cards enable one-time purchase authorisation, allows for users to obtain faster transaction approval for purchases. I love the interface and the intuitiveness of the Spendesk app. Having budgets built into the spending app mitigates users from blowing out a budget. What do you like best? I can get almost instantly a payment card for small purchases within my organisation, without having to wait for the finance department to come back to me What do you dislike?
