Great experience though a bit pricey

What do you like best? Spendesk is great for managing spend by vendor and / or employee. We love the flexibility and control this gives us. What do you dislike? The cost of Spendesk is prohibitively high for what's provided. Pleo has a similar product costing only about 8 EUR per active user (i.e. no base charge like Spendesk has). What do you like best? how easy it is to use, how quickly i can generate a virtual card and how it reminds me to upload the receipts. overall its highly user friendly What do you dislike? sometimes when generating a virtual card it freezes and i'll need to resubmit the details What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? easy expenses for work, it helps me pay for things without needing to use a company card or my own and be reimbursed

Fantastic Experience

What do you like best? Ease of use, speed, how much better it is that our old system! What do you dislike? Nothing really. Mobile site version doesn't work particularly well on my phone, but app is great so no real issue there! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems. A lot of our travel is very last minute, where flight and train prices can fluctuate hugely. Being able to book instantly saves us 000's a year.

What do you like best? It's very quick and easy to use. I use mostly the online platform, and sometimes the "material" card that I borrow from my manager. I'm happy with both. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the fact that is easy to use and has a good reporting level. Integration with Xero is amazing What do you dislike? Sometimes the exports are failing and unless you check to see if it was successful or not, you wont know! Recommendations to others considering the product: go for it! What do you like best? What happiness to no longer have to advance his expenses. The virtual cards proposed by Spendesk are really super simple to do and very practical.
