In terms of the scale and the speed of conversion, we’ve never seen a digital tool like it.

Great chatbot platform

What do you like best? Great onboarding, easy to use and extremely flexible to set up more complex dialogues What do you dislike? From time to time, the tool tends to be a bit slow What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are sending out trending stories to our users once per day. This allows us to push articles directly to our fans - without Facebook's newsfeed algorithm in between.

What do you like best? Onboarding was great, friendly and provides everything to get started. Tool itself was impressive and easy to use and Spectrm was helpful to adjust it based on the use case at hand. My favourite part was mapping out different user journeys and how chatbot would react.
