"It was good but services is on premise, which is old fashioned and not quite functional"

What do you like best about SpaSoft? It is easy to use, easy to learn, and easy to manage from the IT point of view. Reports are also good to get and useful. Also, by the time it was first installed it integrated with our PMS (Sihot), so it worked for us. What do you dislike about SpaSoft? "Spa Guru"

What do you like best about SpaSoft? There are ways to fix mistakes, and you can always find a way to get out something. What do you dislike about SpaSoft? So many steps to do anything. There aren’t a lot of short cuts or easy ways of doing things. What problems is SpaSoft solving and how is that benefiting you? Great way to keep up with guest information. Great way to track things.

"Helpful System"

What do you like best about SpaSoft? The ability to open invoices in a PDF and search for specific ones. What do you dislike about SpaSoft? It’s a little outdated and could be more user friendly. Recommendations to others considering SpaSoft: It does the job we need it to. What problems is SpaSoft solving and how is that benefiting you? Finding needed invoices and verifying the services or products received.

"A convenient software for spas"

What do you like best about SpaSoft? We used spasoft at our 5-star resort in NV. It was used as part of our daily routine in the spa. What do you dislike about SpaSoft? I found that at times it could be a bit clunky or difficult to navigate. What problems is SpaSoft solving and how is that benefiting you? "Spasoft"

What do you like best about SpaSoft? It's easy to use and understand. It allows for easy booking of appointments. What do you dislike about SpaSoft? It freezes often, it's hard to make changes and it's out of date. Also there's no ap to use on your phone to view appointments from home. "Feature Rich, But very Buggy"

What do you like best about SpaSoft? Supports sale of products in addition to spa services, easy to navigate scheduler What do you dislike about SpaSoft? program frequently crashed despite numerous updates. "Could Use Some Work But Easy To Learn "

What do you like best about SpaSoft? Easy To use system for our newly opened spa. I took a little while to learn the in's and outs of the system but in a few weeks I was able maneuver fairly well. Everything from booking appointments to chekcing people in. What do you dislike about SpaSoft? I wish this system would work with our Micros system.
