What do you like best about SpaSoft? There are ways to fix mistakes, and you can always find a way to get out something. What do you dislike about SpaSoft? So many steps to do anything. There aren’t a lot of short cuts or easy ways of doing things. What problems is SpaSoft solving and how is that benefiting you? Great way to keep up with guest information. Great way to track things.

What do you like best about SpaSoft? It is easy to use, easy to learn, and easy to manage from the IT point of view. Reports are also good to get and useful. Also, by the time it was first installed it integrated with our PMS (Sihot), so it worked for us. What do you dislike about SpaSoft? Installation was not complicated but required additional time to fulfill as we needed to install software, connect to a local server, etc. We are changing to SaaS models, which only require Internet ...
