What do you like best about Sparkbay? I love that managers have all the data we need to make good decisions on employee initiatives. Before, we were mostly relying on face-to-face interactions and perceptions. Having an accurate and precise picture of how the team is doing is a big time saver.

The way the user interface is designed makes it intuitive and easy to use. Two features that particularly distinguish Sparkbay are the heatmap, where you can easily see what the top engagement issues are per department and employee demographics, and the open conversation where you can make a group of employee collectively solve an issue.

It is easy to be fooled by the simplicity of it, but once you get your first reports, you can there is so much data made available to you.
