The way the user interface is designed makes it intuitive and easy to use. Two features that particularly distinguish Sparkbay are the heatmap, where you can easily see what the top engagement issues are per department and employee demographics, and the open conversation where you can make a group of employee collectively solve an issue.

It is easy to be fooled by the simplicity of it, but once you get your first reports, you can there is so much data made available to you. What do you like best about Sparkbay? I like that managers can see engagement results for their team, and compare them with the rest of the company. It allows for transparency in the workplace and keeps managers accountable. I find it pretty user friendly overall.

What do you like best about Sparkbay? First off, I want to say that their customer support is impressive. Also the app is so easy to use. Every week, employees answer an anonymous survey via email and then management sees what's going well and not so well. I'm impressed so far.
