What do you like best about Spark Hire? It is very user friendly and easy to set-up to create various interview types and also to share and collaborate on responses. What do you dislike about Spark Hire? I have not found anything that I dislike. What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you? Spark Hire allows us to get an initial preview of the candidate. We know that candidates who complete the video interview are serious about being hired.
