What do you like best about Spark Hire? We have used Spark Hire for years, but during Covid-19 is really came to shine even more. Our clients were looking for solutions to interview and see candidates (whether live or in preview) and Spark Hire offers that tool. What do you like best about Spark Hire? We started using Sparkhire after the Covid shut down and we LOVE it! Our clients and candidates love it as well. This has helped speed up the interview process. What do you dislike about Spark Hire? I would like more interview questions in the library. What do you like best about Spark Hire? I have been using Spark Hire for the past 2 years and my team members and I have saved hundreds of hours that we used to spend on phone screens. Spark Hire allows you to create customized questions to best help the hiring managers evaluate candidates' experience. "Time saver for the 1st round interview process!"

What do you like best about Spark Hire? The ability to replace technology for screening 1st round candidate applicants. What do you dislike about Spark Hire? I honestly have nothing negative to say about this product. What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you? It replaces 10 supervisor/administrator staff having to take a full day for 1st round interviews, but they can still share comments before moving to 2nd round.

What do you like best about Spark Hire? The system is easy to use. Allows you to adjust the various components (unlimited chances to submit, limits on response time, etc).
