Great Value - intuitive platform, excellent tracking and sharing features!

What do you like best? For our organization, the cost saving of being able to quickly interview applicants from out of the area was a huge improvement to old fashion in-person interviews. What do you dislike? The few repeat processes of creating a job description, scheduling in SparkHire AND in our applicant tracking system - ADP. Great preview of candidates

What do you like best? This is a great tool to get to know your candidates and see how they manage a video interview in the comfort of their own spaces. It is an unusual tool for most of them, and i like to see the challenge presented to them and how they accomplish it and how they present themselves. What do you dislike?
