What do you like best? We love how easy it is to view interviews and do so at our own convenience! It has changed out recruiting strategies. What do you dislike? Sometimes our managers are not tied to the correct role, so the notifications are hard to fix. This could be user error though. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Interviewing quickly, filling roles faster!

Faster Candidate Engagement

What do you like best? Using SparkHire's video interview capabilities allows us to screen more candidates, which in turn, allows us a larger candidate pool to choose from for our positions. This process is convenient for both the candidate(s) and the Hiring Manager since the videos can be completed on the candidate's own time and can be reviewed by the Hiring Manager at a time most convenient.
