Saved our team a lot of time and allowed the interviewer to provide thoughtful responses.
What do you like best? I really like the flexibility and organization. The ability to give the interviewer their own time to respond to the interview questions reduces the unnessary nervousness that sometimes happens with in-person or phone interviews. A lot of bang for your buck
What do you like best? Being able to screen a lot of job candidates quickly without having to schedule time for all interviewers and interviewee to be in the same room at the same time. What do you dislike? I don't really see a downside to the platform itself. Time saver!
What do you like best? Being able to see/hear the candidate respond to questions in their own words. You can view at your own time and pace. What do you dislike? Opportunity for candidates to leave comments or ask questions to the interviewer (one-way video). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time. Consistentcy

Best system for any type of Logistical work.
What do you like best? The ability to search and add candidates by Specific Certifications, email, phone number, etc. What do you dislike? Have not run into any problems as of yet, useful for everything we do at our company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems and have realized the organizational effects it has on the company, employees and candidates.

We have used Spark Hire to screen initial candidates for teaching positions.
What do you like best? Spark Hire gave us an opportunity to hear responses from candidates. I loved hearing from the candidates directly. In addition, I appreciate having the opportunity to record a short video myself and provide candidates an opportunity to hear more about openings in my building. Making the hiring process efficient and time saving
What do you like best? Able to conduct a first level of interview with many more candidates than in a traditional interview setting. What do you dislike? No downsides that we have found.
