What do you like best? Using SparkHire's video interview capabilities allows us to screen more candidates, which in turn, allows us a larger candidate pool to choose from for our positions. What do you like best? User interface is pretty intuitive. Seems like all applicants had a good experience with it as well What do you dislike? It should give a more holistic experience for the HR team. submitting CVs and other pieces of work and perhaps answering a few questions would be very helpful so that you don't have to use several platforms for the hiring process. Exceptional Customer Service, Easy to use interface
What do you like best? Top notch customer service, any issues I ever ran into Sparkhire was there to assist! They would contact applicants on my behalf to extend deadlines, assist my applicants with any tech issues they had, etc. They were always responsive- I wish I could say we received the same level of customer service from the background check vendor we use. What do you like best? With an influx of resumes, and some initial phone calls, it is difficult to narrow down who to bring in for person to person interviews.
