What do you like best? I really enjoy that Spark Hire has the ability to ask knock-out questions and speed up the process of finding the right candidates quicker. I also love that implementing Spark Hire meant less time required of busy calendars for interviews. Excellent method for remote evaluation
What do you like best? The ability to tailor questions to the candidate. Being able to watch verbal and non-verbal expressions What do you dislike? The bronze package is limited and does not provide # of trys. Audio quality is limited by candidates computer and internet speed What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Economics of travel. More thought required by candidate to answer questions. Shows if candidate prepares.

What do you like best? The video interviewing is very intuitive, provided instructions are very helpful, and the price is reasonable. What do you dislike? I would have liked a way to collate all the feedback from the advanced links. Wonderful Interviewing Platform!
What do you like best? We love how easy it is to view interviews and do so at our own convenience! It has changed out recruiting strategies. What do you dislike? Sometimes our managers are not tied to the correct role, so the notifications are hard to fix. This could be user error though. What problems are you solving with the product?
