What do you like best? Spark Hire is super easy to use and get started with video interviewing. They provide a good candidate experience, as well, with lots of tips and videos to help 1st timers get comfortable with the idea of video interviews. Saves valuable time and works as promised.
What do you like best? I like that I can do our preliminary interviews without spending time with unqualified candidates to screen them. What do you dislike? The monthly fee doesn't work well for us as we use it to hire from time to time when an opening becomes available so it is pricey for a month.
