Spark Hire Candidate Engagement Time is Awesome!
What do you like best? The customer support they provide is amazing. My rep, Dylan, checked in on me regularly to make sure I didn't have questions, was fully utilizing the system, and just to help and encourage me so I would be successful using the system. Virtual Hiring has been so simple!
What do you like best? I love how simple it is to create new IV's as well as Open IV's to use on going! What do you dislike? As a manager, I wish there was more reporting but functionality wise- It works great! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It allows us to get in front of multiple candidates at once, but then review and share the interviews or collaborate on them at our own pace and time. What do you dislike? The filters are great but the whole set up needs to be more linear. Great product, wonderful, easy implementation process
What do you like best? I like how user friendly this product is and all of the functionality it provides. The implementation process was easy and the resources the company provides is exceptional! You really don't have to go far to find what training you may need to share with users or end users. What do you dislike? Not much but maybe how it's not really geared towards a school district so the cost can become significant with needing many users if it's not just your HR department ...

Great Tool For Interview From Afar
What do you like best? I was tasked for hiring for the company I work for during the Coronavirus pandemic - we were shut down due to a shelter in place order, but still wanted to be hiring because we knew our busy season would hit once we were able to return.
