Incredible Value!

What do you like best? One of the best capabilites of Spark Hire, is that I'm able to share candidate/client interviews with managers by sharing a unique url that takes them directly to the video. No logins needed for users that are non-admins! We also utilize the auto-schedule and have eliminated the back and forth over email/phone calls just to scheudle another phone call. What do you like best? This product has saved my company so much time in the selection process and in-person interview time. It has become an invaluable tool to our hiring process!! The ability to get a better feel for a candidate by seeing them and how they react to questions and how much consideration on their appearance and where they record the interview tells us a lot. Awesome platform

What do you like best? Sparkhire has saved us so much time in our recruitment efforts, the platform is really straightforward for candidates to use and the option to personalise the service is great. What do you like best? I liked the interface of sparkhire. It made onboarding easy. What do you dislike? I honestly did not dislike anything. Their customer service was great. Great way to find help AND protect your time

What do you like best? This platform helps me find help and not waste time with live interviews. It also provides an act of furtherance that becomes part of the screening process. If the applicant cannot submit their interview in the allotted time there's no reason to pursue them. What do you dislike?
