"Great for creating a databank for candidate profiles"

What do you like best about Spark Hire? We are using SparkHire in way slightly different than how it's intended. Rather than using it for hiring, we use it to screen volunteers and create volunteer profiles. It does exactly what we need (for the most part). I love how you can create custom questions or use any of their built-in stock questions.
