What do you like best about Spark Hire? The one-way video interviews were an absolute gamechanger for our company. The one-way video interviews allow the candidate's profile to get off of the resume and come to life. The calendar invites have been a timesaver for us as well. There was always a concern that the notes didn't accurately reflect the tone of the interview.
