What do you like best about Spark Hire? I loved that multiple principals could view each candidate, and that we got a better view of what each candidate is like before bringing them in for interviews. This allowed us to ask more in-depth questions during actual interviews because they had already covered the basics in their video interviews. What do you dislike about Spark Hire?
