What do you like best about Spark Hire? I have been able to screen candidates more effectively. I have been able to address any deal breakers and I am able to test an applicants communication skills. What do you dislike about Spark Hire? Honestly, there is nothing I dislike at the moment. What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you? Our company had to adapt to Covid. Not only were we short staff but a majority of our talent acquisition team is remote.
