What do you like best about Spark Hire? I like that it gives time back into the supervisors day. They are able to screen candidates and send them the invite instead of playing phone tag. This way, the supervisor isn't trying to find time to supervise their employees, assist members, and also try to fill their pool of candidates by calling and leaving voicemails.
