Awesome recruiting tool!

What do you like best? That it's a huge time saver. It really helps to be able to get a feel for a candidates demeanor, communication skills, and general cultural fit for a position before bringing them into the building for a face to face interview. What do you dislike? My only dislike so far would be the fact that I have to pay more in order to download the videos. If I'd like to keep the video in an employees electronic file my company will have to go up to the next "tier" on ...
