The team also feels nimble enough that challenging asks can still be addressed easily. The effectiveness of our implementation is also above and beyond even what Solvvy suggested we could achieve.

What do you like best about Zoom Virtual Agent? I like the interface of the tool itself. It looks friendly and complete. It's easy to navigate. I also like the way you can structure workflows in cards. The customer service also improved massively, and we're getting better and faster responses than ever before.

This frees our agents up to help the customers who really need their hands-on help. I was expecting there to be some pushback from customers but after over a year we haven't seen a single complaint.
