"Great deflection tool"

What do you like best about Zoom Virtual Agent? Solvvy is intuitive and straightforward. The onboarding process was very seamless, and the team made us feel very supported throughout. Both the implementation and account management teams were very responsive to our questions.

What do you like best? Solvvy really cuts down on the number of tickets that have to flow through our agents. It not only helps with time, but with money. We are more effective as a Customer Service Team.

What do you like best about Zoom Virtual Agent? I like the interface of the tool itself. It looks friendly and complete. It's easy to navigate. I also like the way you can structure workflows in cards. The customer service also improved massively, and we're getting better and faster responses than ever before.

What do you like best? When we first implemented Solvvy we were able to control our own contact support form, and we did see a decent drop in easy incoming cases.
