What do you like best? Robust features, ease of implementation with a single agent installer. What do you dislike? Remote Apps and quirky patch management and AV issues Recommendations to others considering the product SolarWinds is a great tool. Does what it says and easy to use

What do you like best? It's very easy to use. Very rarely have I had to look into the help menus to see how to do something. Most of it is intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike? What do you like best? This software integrates well with the dashboard we have been using for years. We've used it to replace team viewer. Useage is simplistic and easy to navigate the UI. Great all in one dashboard for monitoring and maintaining client systems

What do you like best? I like being able to see what errors are on they system, then remote directly in and address the issues. What do you dislike? There are some issues with incorrect feedback, but it is easy enough to verify true issues right from the dashboard without wasting a lot of time.
