What do you like best? Best RMM in the market!
What do you like best? The single pane approach for all aspects of what we do is what drew me to SolarWinds in the first place. They also are constantly seeking out new technologies to integrate with their platform that in turn provides us with more opportunity for business. What do you dislike? Robust platform
What do you like best? Great at monitoring all the workstations and the servers for our customers, you can create different checks and tasks that can flag or fix any issues as soon as they occur. Easy to create, edit, manage and run your scripts. Lots of features, settings and products into one console. What do you dislike? Reporting can look better. Very Good Product with Depth of Services
What do you like best? The product is very easy to get up and running with a small amount of configuration and fore thought. You can be monitoring a customer environment and generating useful reports in a very short amount of time. What do you dislike? There are a few things that I find to be a disadvantage compared to other products. Great product! Love the ease of use and management.
What do you like best? I love the number of products integrated into this platform. Asset management is a breeze, and we love the patch management options, automation, and Bitdefender integration. Suite of security products to protect your business
What do you like best? A team of Solarwinds engineers creating tools to protect my customers business. You know what you know and they showed me the additional items I needed to know about. Great product What do you dislike? Keeping up with the changes is always a hassle, but a company that is not changing is a company that is not growing. Confidence in RMM
What do you like best? The policy-based approach to deployment and configuration of the various RMM components such as AV, Web protection etc. What do you dislike? The speed of the UI and the API makes repetitive tasks cumbersome What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I no longer have to worry that our RMM tools are configured or deployed corrently. Logic Cards tell me if problems are found and how to resolve them

It's a really good place to get started,
What do you like best? Is does have a low barrier of technology entry, and generally the new techs pick it up quickly. What do you dislike? Some of the feature are hidden under odd headings, and menus. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting a heads up on potential customer problems before they are disasters.
