Well Design Product

What do you like best? It is easy use for our employees on the Manager Services team. They are able to get clients in the product seamlessly. What do you dislike? We are unable to have tickets load as we are in the screen without refreshing so we miss tickets sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to show clients how far back they are in patching and are now able to get that work from them.

Overall it's good

What do you like best? I like the suite of services being under one provider. I like the MSP institute a lot - it is a huge benefit (for someone that needs a lot of training). What do you dislike? The only negative experience we have had is that some of the Engineers that have been on calls with us did not know what they are doing and we had to wait 3 or 4 days to get it fixed. There is not enough transparency with the partners. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Fantastic RMM product.

What do you like best? Centralized management and deployment for remote access, anti-virus, patching, fault monitoring, backups, web protection, mobile device management. What do you dislike? Would prefer to be able to push out AV to an agent instantly as sometimes you need to wait up to 15 mins for it to happen. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are looking to consolidate multiple services under the one management portal then I can't think of anything ...

My experience with Solarwinds MSP RMM has been mostly positive.

What do you like best? Solarwinds MSP RMM has some great features, Take Control (formerly MSP Connect) works wonderfully when it's working and the other tools that the system provides on remote workstations can be key to the success of a particular ticket or interaction with a user. Automation works well for certain tasks and the monitoring system keeps me abreast of potential problems. What do you dislike? Having come into a Solarwinds deployment that had been setup and configured by ...

Kaseya to RMM

What do you like best? Ease of user interface, compared with previously used Kaseya version What do you dislike? Inability to customise the faults dashboard to exclude issues - Would be useful to have as a way to focus on key issues at a glance What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Default checks adds far more monitoring than previously used products and allows us to notices when services are stopped, before this becomes an issue

Troubleshooting made easier

What do you like best? Complete overview helping us to keep customers alive. When it comes to troubleshooting this is helping us getting the customer satisfied. The integration with Takecontrol, backgroundservice, patching webshield and AV is helping us keeping all in place. What do you dislike? The dashboard is hard to overlook. Knowing that this is being evolved! Agent is sometimes hard to reinitiate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...
