The backbone of our business
What do you like best? Remote Monitoring and the MSP portal is phenomenal, not only does it allow us to easily monitor our clients health, as well as patching, power state for UPS's and a myriad of other things, it has a clear and easy to read environment and makes our jobs much easier. The Management portal allows us to easily manage tickets, assigning technicians where they need to be and adds a degree of professionalism to our business that other IT providers don't have. Onboarding
What do you like best? the onboarding team was very easy to work with. The training tools were very easy to use as well. What do you dislike? There were some issues getting the alerts to sync with our psa but after a little bit of help we were able to get it working What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? the biggest problem we are solving is cost for the tools. We are also finding we have more flexibility with patching.

What do you like best? Ability to see all systems and status if patch management and AV, ability to quickly and easily manage servers and workstations. Insight and ease of access
What do you like best? The consolidation of reporting on several different SW products (Backup, system info, etc.) from one pane has become invaluable. I hope that the reporting among the SW ecosystem continues this trend. What do you dislike? Some of the features (such as the automation manager) are unecessarily hidden in menus.
