Still learning all the features.

What do you like best? The interface is easy to navigate. Setting up policies is straight forward. The antivirus and web filter are simple and exceptions are easy to make. Upgrading the agent is made simple and creating scripts is made fool proof. (Well, almost) What do you dislike? I have had issues with support. What do you like best? I love the new dashboard which we display on a large TV in full view of all our techs to give us an overview of all our customers What do you dislike? We have had some issues with tech support. Things don't always work correctly (Example, agent does not work sometimes without being reinstalled) What problems are you solving with the product? Great Product

What do you like best? great product out of the box. super easy to ramp up new techs to use. What do you dislike? small issue with take control, i wish when you press the monitors it would pop up faster... usually have to press twice before it actually starts working. also wish there was a better MDM solution. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? giving my customers a great customers support experience

What do you like best? The expierence was very straight forward very easy to use. If we ran into any issues Solarwinds support was always available to assist with any issues we were having. All and all I would defiantly recommend this product to other clients. We also like the many configured checks that can be added to any clients systems. This allows us to stay on top of all of the issues that can arise with failing harddrive or possible trojans that can be allowed in a user network. ...

What do you like best? Take control, Advanced Remote Background, and Checks What do you dislike? Ability to disable key security features like 2FA, session timeout, and IP whitelisting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to serve our clients regardless of where we are and within a much shorter time window. We are able to be proactive and reactive to client needs prior to their knowledge of an issue.

Great RMM

What do you like best? Using SolarWinds RMM tools allow us to better server our clients and have faster turn around. Using scripts allows us to automate simple tasks to keep our techs freed up. What do you dislike? I am not fond of having a red alert on the main page showing there is an issue even if it isn't critical. Customers can get confused easily by this when running reports. RMM is the basis for scale and growth!

What do you like best? Simplicity, standardization in a single console we have the vision of everything besides speeding the service and the answer to any anomaly. Today I can't imagine my company without RMM. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike about this product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Patch management, previous management was completely reactive. and remote background access has already saved our lives.

What do you like best? We have used this product for about 5 years and have no general complaints. We like that they listen to clients and rollout new features. What do you dislike? Lack of certain patch management features. Currently doesn't support AutoDesk and Adobe Creative Suite. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a fair try. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has decreased redundant tasks.
