Solarwinds MSP review for RMM
What do you like best? Ability to see all systems and status if patch management and AV, ability to quickly and easily manage servers and workstations. Remote background has been a key feature that has allowed us to streamline management of workstations and increase efficiency on problem resolution. What do you dislike? Great RMM Product
What do you like best? We have been using the RMM since 2013 and we love that it is a single pane of glass for all of our processes. The Backup, AV, Monitoring and more is all great! SW Greatness
What do you like best? We have used this product for about 5 years and have no general complaints. We like that they listen to clients and rollout new features. What do you dislike? Lack of certain patch management features. Currently doesn't support AutoDesk and Adobe Creative Suite. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a fair try. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has decreased redundant tasks.

What do you like best? The user interface is very intuitive by comparison to other MSP products i've reviewed. What do you dislike? I wish there were more marketing materials related to the different sectors What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The backbone of our business
What do you like best? Remote Monitoring and the MSP portal is phenomenal, not only does it allow us to easily monitor our clients health, as well as patching, power state for UPS's and a myriad of other things, it has a clear and easy to read environment and makes our jobs much easier. The Management portal allows us to easily manage tickets, assigning technicians where they need to be and adds a degree of professionalism to our business that other IT providers don't have. Kaseya to RMM
What do you like best? Ease of user interface, compared with previously used Kaseya version What do you dislike? Inability to customise the faults dashboard to exclude issues - Would be useful to have as a way to focus on key issues at a glance What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Default checks adds far more monitoring than previously used products and allows us to notices when services are stopped, before this becomes an issue

Troubleshooting made easier
What do you like best? Complete overview helping us to keep customers alive. When it comes to troubleshooting this is helping us getting the customer satisfied. The integration with Takecontrol, backgroundservice, patching webshield and AV is helping us keeping all in place. What do you dislike? The dashboard is hard to overlook. Best RMM in the market!
What do you like best? The single pane approach for all aspects of what we do is what drew me to SolarWinds in the first place. They also are constantly seeking out new technologies to integrate with their platform that in turn provides us with more opportunity for business. What do you dislike?
