What do you like best about Softr? Every interaction I've had so far has been extremely helpful, quick and effective. It's been a great personal experience to get help and answer any questions with the team. What do you dislike about Softr? Nothing so far. What do you like best about Softr? I love how it's so simple to use and once it's all set up, you're good to go. Drag and drop is great and their documentation is terrific. The best part, however, is their customer service. I'm a night owl and so I usually work on my stuff at like 3 am EST. I clicked their help button... AND THEY RESPONDED in under 3 minutes!!!
