What do you like best about Firstup? I love that Firstup allows you to keep your social platforms updated with relevant posts with a click of a button. It allows you to have authentic and relative material to your job. It also helps you automate the posting process so anyone would be able to understand. I haven't delt with customer support, but from whoever has I feel like they have been good! The frequency of use for this product is high and it has easy implementation and integration.

What do you like best about Firstup? Very easy to use - Firstup's app UI is very clean and makes navigation easy for everyone. Posts can be submitted and sent to large audiences within minutes. Besides that, there is a lot of good information that can be extracted from Insights (Reporting). Customer Support is also a plus as they have consistently responded quickly and thoroughly to insure our tickets are resolved.

What do you like best? We use the SocialChorus admin dashboard and insights daily to measure the impact of our socially shared blog posts, case studies, white papers, and reports. It's easy to use and helps us easily keep track of performance.

What do you like best about Firstup? Our company has multiple locations. Often, I don't know what's going on in the company outside of my own building. The posts on Firstup allow me to get a window in events going on at different plants - from townhalls to retirement celebrations. It helps me feel more connected.
