This is the worst service by far do not use. The service constantly stops working and you simply get told that you need to keep checking on it. I then cancelled my account and they confirm in email and then take the next months payment anyway. Reported for fruad to say the least absolut SCAMMERS

Be careful! I would not trust this company with your CC number. Have had to use my bank to dispute multiple unauthorized charges. When you cancel, they cut you off right away to...you don't even get the rest of the month that you payed for. Plus they DO NOT come anywhere close to delivering the results they promise. Divide whatever they promise you by 10 or 20 and that is closer to the actual result you can expect. Avoid them! Oh and the interface is buggy and sucks!

I tested the free version and the automation helps me to follow people, and i've gained some followers through the hashtag targeting and commenting. IN 24 hours I gain close to 80 followers as I feel is very good compared to my organic post and engagement for the past 6 months. The slow growth is great as instagram couldnt detect the bot. Big Scam - Protect Your Credit Card - No Customer Service
Big Scam Offered extra 2 weeks if extending for 1 week. And then they kept charging without honouring their offer. Worst customer service ever. They dont even bother getting back to you on your queries. The followers are all fake and ghost account. Lowest quality accounts. Their AI optimisation is just a joke.

Total Scam
Total Scam. Worked for the first few weeks, then all activity stopped. In a week they interacted 5 times with other people. Customer service totally inexistent. Wrote to Angely (support(at)socialcaptain.com) many and many times, NEVER received an answer from them.And to top it all up. They won't stop taking payments from you even when you have communicated them to stop the services. YOU WILL NEED TO CANCEL YOUR CARD. I am shocked that a scamming company like this still operates.

Worst service on the market
The service was so bad that I wanted to quit it in the first month. But after sending hundreds of emails they have disappeared so I couldn't quit it. They were charging me for 4 months and I had no other choice but to block my card.

Gave 1 Star because couldn't give less than that. I bought their turbo boost on my account and wish that I had read these reviews first. Received 1 response when I first signed up and then had sent several emails since then with no response for over a month. Emailed again to cancel account but not hopeful of receiving any help or response. Have to go cancel my card now and get a new one. Total waste of your time FRAUD
