SocialCaptain is charging after…
SocialCaptain is charging after cancelling subscription. Please avoid SocialCaptain as the support is horrible and they say cancellation was done and confirm refund but you never get refund back instead they continue to keep on charging.

Disappointing
During the trial period, while on "slow speed" we acquired 11 new followers through social captain. We were excited about the results and thought we'd give the turbo account a shot, considering they promise it would 10x that growth. Said and done. We bought the turbo account and after a few days, we had only amassed 10 or so followers. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!! They stole $80 from my subscription. They charged me twice for two months in a row!!! So infuriating and they don’t have a phone number you can reach them at. They don’t reply to emails or any kind of customer support. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Social Captain is an extremely scummy…
Social Captain is an extremely scummy company. On their refund policy is says that if you cancel your billing within 24 hours you will get a refund. The customer support person on the website chat said it would be automatic. It has been a week and still, no refund appeared in my bank account. I emailed them, no response. I emailed them again and still no response! Social Captain has stolen $54 CAD from me and has completely canceled my service.

**PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END** I tried the free trial for a day back in June and I actually thought it was quite good since I gained some likes and some follows from only the 24hr trial. Bought a one month ($99) subscription
Bought a one month ($99) subscription, and our business account was blocked within the first week. - Their "Media Age" function, where you tell them to not interact with media older than "x", does not work. - Support is so slow its infuriating. - Asked for a refund, hope it comes. - Got over 300 new BOT followers - Got 0 new REAL followers. I bought a one week subscription
I bought a one week subscription, my account got blocked after a few days of using the service. They said they would offer refund on the first 24 hours which I also requested and never got, they never answer their emails.

You need to improve your service
You need to improve your service. It’s working, however, 70% they stress and promise doesn’t work. I have no idea how they are using AI, but it doesn’t work and just spamming some accounts leaving many comments under the same post! Guys, can’t you at least fix that? From thousands of post your system chooses the same post again and again...
