Actually it's not bad service for growth ur IG and I was satisfied until my subscription finished and I decided to continue use it ! So problem was in payment ! I successfully paid for one month more but my account not upgraded and still was on trial! I contact team and told them a problem! They told me that will fix it fast but it took a week and more until it started to annoy myself and I asked for a refund!

Disappointing

During the trial period, while on "slow speed" we acquired 11 new followers through social captain. We were excited about the results and thought we'd give the turbo account a shot, considering they promise it would 10x that growth. Said and done. We bought the turbo account and after a few days, we had only amassed 10 or so followers. You need to improve your service

You need to improve your service. It’s working, however, 70% they stress and promise doesn’t work. I have no idea how they are using AI, but it doesn’t work and just spamming some accounts leaving many comments under the same post! Guys, can’t you at least fix that? From thousands of post your system chooses the same post again and again...

Instagram will ban you for using their services

It was a great service for maybe 4 months then Instagram banned me for 1 week... once I got blocked the customer service of SocialCaptain refused to help me and didn’t bother to reply.

WAS good now sucks for some reason

I’m giving 2 stars instead of one because it WAS really good up until about last week or so. I now cannot change my Instagram password and have gotten no response lately from the service chat when before they had very good service. I’m not sure what happened but if it has to do with Instagram being messed up lately, the least they could do is say so or give refunds! They billed me for June already and I’m not seeing any results and can’t connect my account! Total BS! 😡

Good in the past but a SCAM now

Used them since January on the slowest plan and have gained over 2000 followers with an average of 3 comments per post. However, I got 10 warnings from Instagram in the past month and they have been very shady about it, saying things like being fully compliant despite Instagram threatening to close my account. I've paused the service 2 weeks ago, but they continued to charge my card and now I have to call my bank to refund. Verdict: AVOID

Can't help thinking it's a sinking ship guys, Insta have probably approached them with abridged community guidelines and are rubbing out automation completely. They've realised they have no business model after this, and they've cut support. My experience was; great first month (first part of May) with fab service and communication, then the dreaded password change blocks, then a reassurance that all was okay, further blocks, no service working and then no communication. Social Captain is a dodgy business

Social Captain is a dodgy business. Once you signup, link your Instagram account and leave your CC details, it's really hard to get out. There's no way to disconnect your Instagram account. The only thing you can do is to stop SC from managing your Insta, however, they don't specify they will keep billing you every month. You won't even receive an email with the invoice. They made it really difficult for you to cancel. Basically, it's a legal scam. You've been warned.

Worst worst worst ever

Worst worst worst ever. It is fully fraud and not genuine. Never purchase from them or fall for this trap. I just wanted to try them on and ordered for 500 followers. They supplied the followers in a day. And slowly 1 follower by 1 follower starts unfollowing you everyday. I even tried mailing them but no one tries to reply at all. They just are the worst . I will never go for social captain ever and I donot recommend it to anyone
