Support Staff are totally prepared with answers to any question!!

What do you like best? Customer Support! The staff is wise to any question I have. What do you dislike? Although some of the staff work off hours. The company is 6 hours ahead of my location in Tennessee in the USA. 24 hour support will be nice when they can do that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I really didn't have problems, just questions on HOW TO .... many items. Again they are prompt and have the answers every-time.

This is fantastic software

This is fantastic software. An many cases it finds a lot more email addresses then Hunter.io, Rocket Reach, and all the others... I secretly hope that more people don't find out about Snov.io because it is that good.

What do you like best? Snovio is useful for a few reasons and mainly, these are the tools offered: email hunter, verifier, and drip campaigns. The second reason is the bunch of Chrome extensions that are pretty useful and handy as they let me perform search and generate leads on-the-go. The Snovio pricing plans are pretty nice. Everything about Snovio is amazing!

What do you like best? The best thing about Snov has be the credit system - hands down! I got a package for $139 a month and it had 50,000 credits - more than enough to scrape emails and even verify them. What do you dislike? The interface is a bit confusing at times - especially the part with different lists. I would love to see a better management of contacts, better search filters. What do you like best? It's fairly inexpensive for the utility and does a B+ job, which is totally fine. The prospecting tool is really useful and the recently added section to be able to send sequences is just great. It's quite graphical and easy to set up these sequences, but setting up the mail servers with Snovio might require some help from someone with the technical know-how. What do you dislike?
