What do you like best? So I've used the free stuff Snovio has - including their newest item, the email tracker. It's somewhat useful, and it's free, so I can't complain. What do you dislike? the email tracker tells me that the person has opened the email, when really it's just me opening the most recent email in the chain to respond. Very Bad Email Accuracy.

I have used their premium package for one month and it was almost useless for me. Email accuracy is very bad (especially most catchall emails), they always change sort for uploaded data and you can't keep any extra data but only First Name, Last Name, and Domain.
