What do you like best? How far bots have come! I remember toying around with a chatbot just a few years ago. Back then it was amusing at best to see the sort of replies it would give you, but not really otherwise useful. Our company has built three bots on the platform and placed them on multiple channels like Facebook, Twitter, Skype, Viber, and others with just a few clicks. Our web app only has a few admins, but creating a bot with SnatchBot has allowed us to talk to more than 5,000 customers in the last month, much more than we could handle with our limited personnel. What do you like best? The best thing about SnatchBot is the codeless design. It makes it easy for anyone to build a bot and have it up and running in minutes. The interface is simple and customizable too, which is a very cool feature. Extra features can be added easily with just a few clicks.
