"Great application to schedule calls and talk real time to people in a fast way."

What do you like best about SnapCall? SnapCall has great integrations with other VoIP applications such as Zendesk, and Intercom. Excellent and very easy to set up. It helps people stay connected while talking reliably in a straightforward but great path for communication.

We’ve been using SnapCall on our mobile…

We’ve been using SnapCall on our mobile app for quite some time now and the superior customer experience it provided has been highly evaluated by our clients. Never going back to an outdated way of doing phone support and just providing a phone number on our app!! It was so difficult and frustrating for our customers to reach out for help. The team is always reactive to answer our questions and support us if that is needed. Excellent product!

We have been using SnapCall for a…

We have been using SnapCall for a little while and it works awesome. It allows us to provide phone support access specifically to those to whom we want to give access. We use SnapCall with Zendesk and the integration works great. The team at SnapCall is also amazing to work with. They were incredibly helpful in getting everything set up and are always quick to respond. I highly recommend them.

A better way to serve customers via phone on Zendesk.

Snapcall is a double win for us as made easier for our customers to get in touch with us and it is now more efficient for our agent to help them, as all the information related to the user pop up together with the call. Our customers also love the fact that calls are free of charge ( VoiP calls ), no matter from where they are calling.
