Fun way to engage with customers and site visitors
What do you like best? I love that we can customize everything. The world is our oyster when it comes to creating surveys, calculators and interactive infographics. Integration with Marketo is also a huge plus. What do you dislike? The new dashboard UI, when creating a new snap is a bit more difficult to get through than the old UI, 2014ish. What do you like best? Wide range of interactive content templates that inspire creative thinking as well as accelerate execution. Great platform for short interactive quizzes
What do you like best? The level of customization we have to design SnapApps specifically to our brand and subject matter. What do you dislike? At times the platform can be a bit restrictive and glitchy What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Above and Beyond Customer Service - Perhaps our new customer service crush!
What do you like best? I love that the idea of SnapApp gets us thinking out of the box. What do you like best? It gives a marketer the ability to quickly build multiple types of interactive content pieces and deploy them for a campaign without the use of a developer or designer. What do you dislike? The rules of the system at times can be constricting.
