Snagit is a really simple tool that extends the capabilities of your normal screenshot and I use this a lot in my job working on a service desk because you have to often capture a lot of artifacts for documentation or to provide back to a customer. What do you like best about Snagit? Snagit is one of the critical tools for my work life. I take many screenshots for a whole screen, window, or region covering only the stuff I want. I can also then make edits like crop as needed. I attach captured images in emails and texts when communicating with my teammates for products UX feedback. It also helps me communicate when I need help using company tools like requisition, expensing and so on. A picture talks thousands of words!
