What do you like best about Snagit? It's easy to use and has many features. I have been using it for several years now, first at a previous company and then requested my current company buy it. I love that I can take screenshots or video, highlight, edit, add text, make GIFs. It's helpful for so many different use cases. Just today I've used it multiple times.
