Excellent Value and Service
I switched to SMTP2GO from another major email service over 2 years ago to handle standard email relays for several websites. I have found them to be an excellent value for the price. They offer an easy way to provide DKIM and SPF as well as authenticated sending.The Activity reports provide quick access to check on whether an email has been delivered.In the few cases that I have had the need for tech support, the responses have been quick and helpful.

Crazy easy and just works.
Crazy easy to set up, and it just works. Solved a huge potential paint point for us.Also very responsive on support. One of our older apps was erroring on the new server; they checked their logs, identified the problem, and fixed it in just a few minutes over live chat.

This service has been very helpful to my business. Their pricing tiers are fair and overage rules sensible. My business uses it for interactions with customers and for automated workflow notifications. Having an external SMTP service gives you a point of known reliability and assists in monitoring other services. Perfectly fit our need!
We use SMTP2GO to route emails from our new ERP Software. The software will automatically send emails to our clients to automate our process, but we needed something to route them properly and our email hosting couldn't do it. I have been very happy with their service and the Analytical tools are top notch!
