SMTP2GO - Positive 5-Star Review
Especially important: Awesome customer service / support - it's literally minutes before someone from tech support responds to my inquiry(ies) and I've had quite a few while my learning curve ramped up. Additionally, the stats reporting are real-time and very exacting. Allowing unsubscribes via an automated process equally fulfilling!

An impressive product
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Easy to set up, easy to use, reliable with email deliveries, give us reports weekly. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I love our SMTP2GO account
I love our SMTP2GO account. We use it for numerous customers, mostly for scan to email needs from their network copiers and printers. The authentication options (SMTP username and password, IP authentication) are great, as is the Sender Domains feature that helps prevent sent mail from looking like spam.

An efficient and powerful Email delivery service
What do you like best? Fast delivery, high delivery rate due to their positive reputation, detailed reports that allow you to trace any submitted email at anytime. bounce reports are super important, it helped us find many security breaches on our email system for the past 4 years. customer service are very helpful, we never had a problem with them so far. Recommend this for all MFP devices!
Recommend this for all MFP devices! It has improved security by removing all onsite smtp servers off of my network. I am able to get detailed reports and create new and temporary users on the fly with little effort.

SMTP2GO has made my life easier with their service. Setup is easy and I was ready to go in no time. I love the tracking and logging capabilities. Documentation was helpful in my setup.
