So many are complicated, lack abilities and have poor service. I cannot tell you all the frustration. I searched high and low and then found this European company that has it all. What do you like best about Smoobu? The communication with Smoobu is wonderful. Not hard to get in touch with and no run around when asking about what you want. What do you dislike about Smoobu? Overall no dislikes with this company, it's great. What problems is Smoobu solving and how is that benefiting you? The fact that I can call and speak with a human being and not a voicemail. Feeling relaxed and happy makes it easy to concentrate on my on my guest.

"Might be fine for someone who lives in Europe but not the U.S."

What do you like best about Smoobu? Less expensive than some other programs (you get what you pay for). The one good thing about this program was the guest app it provided which was nice. What do you dislike about Smoobu? The customer service for this product is terrible. It is difficult to speak to anyone by phone and if you are able to finally get through it has to be during European hours so if you can't talk first thing in the morning you are out of luck.
