What do you like best about SmatBot? The product is awesome, I suggest everyone take this product, they have features like, live chat, CRM, and a multi-language bot. What do you dislike about SmatBot? For the last 1year, we are using this product, we didn't find any issues. What problems is SmatBot solving and how is that benefiting you? They have features like appointment booking so that we have saved a lot of time using appointment booking and bot handheld a lot of customers at a time.
