I wish there an phone app for clients. Like any portal software there is a decent learning curve. What problems is SmartVault solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about SmartVault? Makes it very easy to store a cloud back-up of the tax return along with the source documents. Also makes it easy for clients to upload into the portal, and to share documents. I use Proseries tax software and the integration is great. What do you dislike about SmartVault? wish that there was a Droid app for my phone. What problems is SmartVault solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes securely sending/sharing files a snap.
