"Smart Support Team is lousy at all they do"
What do you like best about SmartSupport? This program and the team that use it provide next to no value. There is nothing I like about it. What do you dislike about SmartSupport? Slow response time, tickets are confusing to create Recommendations to others considering SmartSupport: Don't touch it. What problems is SmartSupport solving and how is that benefiting you? It is supposed to be our one stop for all technical issue solutions and tech provisioning. No true benefits have been realized.
