SmartSupp is a simple but smart
SmartSupp is a simple but smart and very functional chatbot solution that covers our needs very well and at a reasonable price. The trial version is a bit lame on support (I don't understand why, because the trial is tested by potential paying users :-/), but it's something you can live with. We're wondering about the integration with other systems (erp, crm...) and hope to still be satisfied in a few months.

What do you like best about Smartsupp? Easy to use and straightforward. Takes few seconds to set up. App works well compared to other options i have tried . Good price vs competition. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? Poor integration options unable to add other social media platforms to keep all in one place What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to communicate with customers able to solve basic issues within few minutes

What do you like best about Smartsupp? I was using a much more expensive software for a live chat. After searching for some other options I found Smartsupp and gave it a try. I knew it would work when I was setting it up because of how the setup process was laid out properly, it was a breeze. It is super easy to use.
