Spent the weekend creating a way for our team here to manage and track the complicated relationships we have with all the manufacturers, brands, product categories, discount structures, special programs, sales reps, and rep groups that we work with. What do you like best about SmartSuite? Support is outstanding, Interface, features, and functionality dwarfs it competition. Highly regarded and accessible senior management. What do you dislike about SmartSuite? Not multi-tenant, but I woul imagine that it's in the roadmap. What problems is SmartSuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows business units to quickly develop their own solution. Business processes are quickly automated without expensive analyst and programmer resources.

SmartSuite is still a newer company so all the features are not yet available. What problems is SmartSuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Smart Suite helps me to organize my students, lesson plans, student assignments/submissions, grades, and student communications.
