What do you like best? I like that this is a better alternative to Google docs. The integrations that it has with JIRA and Salesforce allows us to connect disparate systems better and track everything in one place. What do you dislike? Tracking & Project Management Tool

What do you like best? We use this to track multiple projects. It's great that tasks can be assigned and tracked. It functions very similar to Excel, so most people with advance skills will adapt well. Even people with low skills can adapt. My favorite feature is the cell history. Unlike Excel, you can see changes made to individual cells over time, by user. It's great when you need a refresher or find a blank cell that shouldn't be blank. What do you dislike? Great for organizing spreadsheets and sharing with team

What do you like best? I really like that the sheets in Smartsheet are treated like spreadsheets and that you can select multiple line items at a time to copy elsewhere or to even figure out the sum of numbers. I also like that I can make comments on a line item and email it to a coworker so that they can follow what I am referring to. I also use the "reminder" function on line items and appreciate the emails reminder it sends at the time I specify. What do you dislike? I dislike ...

What do you like best? The ability to share project and calendar items with other team members is great, as is the ability to populate sheets via forms. What do you dislike? Still very Excel like. It is not rocket science but is the tool that everybody must have !
