What do you like best about Smartlook? The best part of the tool is the way we can review the customer's on-screen navigation throughout the time they are on your website. I have never witnessed a tool doing this apart from screen capture.

What do you like best about Smartlook? I tried multiple services for recording my customers' sessions. They were all either way too expensive or didn't really work. Until I found Smartlook. It's the only one that was reasonably priced and still got the job done in an overall simple way.

What do you like best about Smartlook? Segmented recordings based on custom events allow us to analyze newly released features much faster and more precisely! Funnels are probably my second best feature

"New to Smartlook | Loving it so far!"
What do you like best about Smartlook? I most enjoy the recordings and how easy they are to organize. I can very easily filter my search to find a specific set of data for a specific group of people/users.
